Sure, your product or service may have a whole list of amazing features, but when it comes to attracting customers, keeping it simple is usually the best policy.

Customers are interested in benefits, not features! Think about it. Put yourself in their shoes. When you go out looking for something, whether a product or service, you are looking for something that offers a benefit, that answers a question, or simply solves a problem. You are shopping benefits, and so are your customers! This humorous video pokes a little fun at a well-known company that sometimes overindulges in its messaging.

The most important thing is to find that one connection with your customer and stay on message with the benefit. Try to avoid confusing your customers and clients. Less is more! Enjoy the video and consider your overall branding strategy and how your customers perceive your offering.
